Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about opscenter — what’s included across the 13 modules, whether it’s modular and priced by module, how it fits a single truck or a multi-location fleet, migrating off spreadsheets and other software, integrations, and getting started.

What’s included in opscenter?

opscenter is the all-in-one operations platform for tow and roadside businesses. It brings 13 core modules into one system across three areas: Operations Management (Job Management System, Centralized Ratings Dashboard, Streamlined Communication, Employee Scheduling & Payroll, Job Validation & Compliance, and the Mobile App for Drivers), Resource & Asset Management (Fleet & Facilities, Inventory, Document Management, and Contracts & SLA Management), and Financial & Analytical (Expense Management, Cash Register & Reconciliation, and Dynamic Reporting & Dashboards). Incident Management is coming soon. Everything runs off one source of truth, so dispatch, payroll, fleet and finance finally share the same data.

How is opscenter priced? Can I pay by module?

Yes. Free lets you work the dispatches sent to you. Core is $75 a month, with a 30-day free trial, and covers taking calls, running them and getting paid. On top of Core you turn on any mix of six standard bundles (Scheduling, Parts & Inventory, Fleet, Financials, Analytics, and Compliance & Contracts), priced by how many are on and capped at $300 a month. Premium bundles like Payroll are priced on their own. Users, trucks, locations and calls are unlimited on every plan, and you change bundles yourself, any time, from inside the app. See the pricing page for the full list.

Is it for a single truck or a large, multi-location fleet?

Both. opscenter fits from a single truck to multi-location enterprises. Small operators (1–5 trucks) get simple dispatch and clear numbers; growing companies get consistency and compliance as they add trucks and staff; and large, multi-location fleets run every yard and division on one platform with a shared source of truth, contracts and SLAs, and analytics that scale. Because it’s modular, the platform grows with you instead of forcing you to switch systems.

How do I migrate from spreadsheets or my current software?

opscenter is designed to replace the disconnected spreadsheets, whiteboards and point tools you run today. Onboarding starts with the modules that matter most, and our team helps you bring over your jobs, trucks, employees and contracts so the operation is working in one place quickly. You don’t have to move everything at once — you can migrate module by module and add the rest at your own pace.

Does it integrate with the tools I already use?

Yes. opscenter is the operating core the rest of your stack plugs into. It connects to the Dolooma ecosystem — Dolooma Academy for training and certifications, and partnerhub for our partner programs — and to the accounting, telematics and tools you already run. It’s not a walled garden: nothing gets stranded and nothing gets replaced twice.

What makes it built for towing and not generic field service?

opscenter is purpose-built for tow and roadside operations — winch-outs, impounds, PPI, motor-club jobs, storage and heavy recovery — rather than repurposed from generic work-order software. Job types, compliance steps, fleet and facilities, motor-club and municipal contracts, and the way dispatch and billing work are all modeled for how towing companies actually run. That means less configuration and workflows that match the business out of the box.

How do I get started, and what support do I get?

Book a demo and we’ll show opscenter running on your kind of operation — your job types, your fleet, your numbers. From there you turn on the modules you need first and expand across the platform as you grow, with onboarding and support from the Dolooma team along the way. Reach out at support@dolooma.com to request a demo.
